How we handle your information

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), project type, and message you choose to share with us. We do not require an account to browse this site.

Enquiries are used solely to respond to your project request. A notification is delivered to our team inbox at daenan@andersonconstruc.com so we can follow up with a quote or next steps.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing outside of replying to your enquiry.

Enquiry records are stored in our managed backend database. Access is restricted to server-side code that processes form submissions and to authorised team members responding to enquiries.

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of work discussed. To request deletion of your enquiry or contact details, email us at the address above and we will remove the record on request.

Transactional emails (such as enquiry confirmations) are sent from our notification domain. You can opt out of further messages via the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.

This site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the underlying infrastructure, database, and email delivery features we use. Anderson Engineering & Construction is responsible for the content of enquiries and for how we respond to and store them.
